LIVERY OPTIONS

We currently only offer 7 day livery, as well as a list of extra charges. Please see general terms laid out below.

General Points Applicable to all Livery are as follows:

Facilities may be used as and when they are available, as part of the Livery service, although the arenas are often used for training & competitions and this will take priority.

We encourage our Livery customers to enter the competitions and enjoy “home” advantage!

We ask that all Livery customers return the arenas to the same state that they found it in, clearing away any equipment that they may have used and picking up poo. Flood lights, if they are used, are charged as an ‘extra’.

General points as follows: 

  • Hacking: Extensive hacking is always available when ground conditions permit- please ensure hi viz is worn!

  • Exercising your horse: Throughout the summer we can exercise your horse for you if you are away. Exercise sessions are 45 minutes including warm up/ cool down.

  • Equipment: Owners must provide their own nets and feed bowls which should be clearly marked for identification purposes. All equipment must be kept in storage areas and not around stables. There is a tack room providing a saddle rack and one a bridle hanger per horse.

  • Veterinary Care: In the event of the horse being ill or injured and we are unable to contact you we will administer veterinary care in accordance with instructions of the vet involved. The owner will be charged for any items of first aid equipment or consumables which are used together with any excessive labour requirements. Holding for the vet is an ‘extra’.

  • Worming: Horses will be wormed regularly in accordance with a planned programme, the costs will be added to the monthly invoice in the applicable month.

  • Walker: The horse walker will need to be kept clean after usage or a charge will be added.

  • Poo Picking: Please ensure that you pick your horses poo from the shared use areas such as the arena, the car park, the walker and the walkways.

  • Property: We accept no responsibility for your property’s safety and if you do leave it on site, it is at your own risk. We recommend that all tack/boots/rugs etc are labelled and insured. Horses must be insured for 3rd party risk.
